Refund Policy

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it to us within 5 business days of receipt for a full refund. If you require an extension on the return period due to a special event, please let us know ahead of time.  Store credit will be issued for items received after the 5-day period. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.  All sale items are final.

All returns and exchanges will require authorization. Please email us to receive a RMA number. Items being returned or exchanged must be in new, unworn condition, in its original packaging and shipped insured and prepaid. Faye Kim Designs is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please package and insure accordingly. Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund or a store credit will be issued less shipping charges.

If you received complimentary free shipping on your original order, the shipping charge incurred will be deducted to cover the cost of this service.

Holiday Return Policy
Refund period will be extended through the first week of January for all Holiday purchases
